At a glance
Distinct compounds and modifications require distinct evidence. CJC-1295 clinical studies cannot be transferred automatically to no-DAC material or blends.
Limits of the evidence. The cited human evidence concerns a different modified analogue from no-DAC supply. Evidence for separate compounds does not validate their combination, compatibility or clinical use.
Identity and specifications
Published CJC-1295 studies investigated an albumin-binding modification. Material labelled CJC-1295 no DAC omits that defining feature. Ipamorelin is a separate synthetic pentapeptide.
What the selected studies examined
Jetté and colleagues examined albumin-binding hGRF analogues in laboratory and rat experiments. Teichman and colleagues studied the modified CJC-1295 analogue in short human pharmacology trials. Raun and colleagues investigated ipamorelin in rat pituitary cells, rats and swine.
Limitations and open questions
The cited human evidence concerns a different modified analogue from no-DAC supply. Evidence for separate compounds does not validate their combination, compatibility or clinical use.
These publications describe the materials and experimental conditions used by their authors. They do not establish the identity, composition, stability, safety or performance of East Coast Labs material. A reference list is a selected starting point, not a systematic review.
Interpreting a supplied material
Check the exact product and selected size, then read its documentation status. A historical supplier report describes the named sample at the stated date; it does not establish a match to current stock. Read Testing & quality for the distinction between document authenticity and a documented lot relationship.
Handling, solvent compatibility and stability require material-specific information and a validated laboratory protocol. Published biological findings do not establish storage conditions or suitability for a particular experiment.
