Payment and preparation
After you order, your private payment page shows the exact amount and a reference to use with your transfer. We start packing once the money has arrived in our account. Choosing a payment method, or telling us you’ve paid, doesn’t count until we can see the funds.
The payment page shows how long we hold your order. If you’ve paid after it expired, or you’re not sure your transfer went through, email us before paying again.
Current shipping options
- Standard shipping $10.00 · free from $150.00. Estimated transit: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping $15.00 · free from $250.00. Estimated transit: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping is worked out on the goods total after discounts.
Transit times start when the parcel leaves us, not when you pay. Where you are and how the carrier is running can change the arrival date. The charge for your order is on the checkout quote.
Tracking and delivery problems
We email a tracking number when the parcel is booked in. If it’s late, missing, damaged or wrong, email admin@eastcoastlabs.com.au with your order reference and we’ll look into it and put it right.
